Evan Ellis and Leland Lazarus, “China’s New Year Ambitions for Latin America and the Caribbean.” (The Diplomat)
Dear Colleague:
With this, I am proud to share my newest work, co-written with colleague Leland Lazarus, “China’s New Year Ambitions for Latin America and the Caribbean.” The work looks closely at the just-published China-CELAC 2022-2024 plan, as an indication of areas of focus for the PRC in where it wants to take its relationship with Latin America and the Caribbean in the coming years.
It is available for download here:
It is also available at The Diplomat, which published it:

I would also like to share my new podcast on strategic trends in Latin America and the Caribbean, done by my own U.S. Army War College Strategic Studies Institute. The interview and podcast was done by my expert colleague at the institution, Dr. John Deni:

If you find my periodic (always free) articles of use, please feel free to share them with others, and/or to join my distro list for receiving them directly:
I appreciate your interest in my work, and the opportunity to be in touch.
