Evan Ellis - China's Advance in Central America and its Strategic Importance
Dear Colleague,
With this email, I would like to share with you my new work on the advance of the PRC in a cluster of three key and contiguous Central American states spanning from the Atlantic to the Pacific of the continent: Nicaragua, Honduras, and El Salvador. This work looks at not only the rapid development of PRC relations of a political, as well as economic character, but also, the strategic significance of the combined PRC advance across the three.
The article in English, is available here for download (sorry, currently no Spanish version).
