Evan Ellis - China's use of Soft Power to advance its Strategic Objectives in Latin America
Dear Colleague,
I am proud to share my newest article on the PRC use of Soft Power to advance its Strategic Objectives in Latin America, co-written with my distinguished colleagues Dr. Kelly Senters Piazza (faculty at the United States Air Force Academy), Major Adam Greer, and Brig Gen (Ret) Daniel Uribe. It has been an honor to collaborate with Kelly, Adam and Dan on this article…For me, the ability to leverage and learn from their China and military expertise has been an invaluable experience has produced an article that brings a unique combination of perspectives in understanding the nature of Chinese soft power and how it is leveraged in Latin America, among other parts of the world.
I would also like to thank the team at the USAF Air University Journal of the Americas for publishing this work, including publishing it into Portugese, as well as Spanish.
