With this, I am proud to share the Spanish-language version of my new article on the “Transitional World Order,” arising from the interaction between an increasingly powerful PRC pursuing its own economic and other objectives, and a range of authoritarian actors pursuing their own political or criminal ends, whose survival is enabled by Chinese money, and who have a stake in the weakening of the institutions and functionality of the liberal world order.
